Donor stem cells injected into failing hearts in new trial

NCT ID NCT05925608

Summary

This study is testing whether stem cells from a donor's bone marrow can help improve heart function in people with chronic heart failure caused by a past heart attack. The cells are injected directly into the heart muscle using a special catheter. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe, find the best dose, and check if it helps patients walk farther and avoid hospital visits.
