Summary
This study is testing whether infusions of donor stem cells can help control Crohn's disease. It will compare the stem cell treatment against a placebo in 46 adults with active Crohn's symptoms. The main goal is to see if the treatment safely reduces disease activity and gut inflammation over one year.
