Summary
This study is testing whether stem cells taken from a patient's own body fat can help control advanced multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will inject these processed cells into the bloodstream to see if they can reduce brain inflammation and slow disease progression. The trial will track 100 adults with advanced MS over several years, monitoring their symptoms, quality of life, and brain changes on MRI scans.
