Stem cell shot tested to heal eye wounds

Summary
This study is testing whether an injection of donor stem cells can help heal stubborn corneal ulcers that haven't improved with standard treatments. It will involve 38 patients with non-healing eye surface wounds to see if the treatment improves healing, reduces scarring, and helps vision. The goal is to find a new way to treat these difficult eye conditions.
