Summary

This study is testing a new way to perform stem cell transplants for people with serious blood cancers or disorders who need a transplant but don't have a perfectly matched donor. Doctors will use specially processed cells from a partially matched family donor, aiming to help the patient's body accept the new cells while reducing the risk of a dangerous complication where the donor cells attack the patient's body. The main goal is to see if patients can survive for one year after the transplant without their body rejecting the new cells or developing this serious complication.
