Summary
This study is for people who need a stem cell transplant but don't have a perfectly matched donor. Researchers are testing a way to prepare stem cells from a 'half-matched' family donor to lower the risk of a dangerous complication where donor cells attack the patient's body. The goal is to help the transplant succeed while reducing severe side effects.
