Summary

This study tests whether a stem cell transplant from a healthy donor can control VEXAS syndrome, a rare and severe inflammatory disease. About 54 adults aged 18 to 75 who have not responded to standard treatments will receive donor stem cells after chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the transplant can reverse symptoms and allow patients to stop taking steroids.
