First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at whether changing when stem cells are given during a cord blood transplant can lower the chance of a serious complication called graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). About 134 people with blood cancers who need a transplant will take part. The goal is to find a better way to time the infusion to improve safety and outcomes.
