One-Shot stem cell infusion tested to rescue brain after stroke

NCT ID NCT07371624

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and early signs of effectiveness of a single intravenous infusion of donor-derived stem cells (called B2065) for people who have just had an ischemic stroke. The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and well-tolerated when given within 36 hours of stroke symptoms starting. Researchers will also track whether participants show better recovery in movement, daily activities, and overall function over two years compared to those who receive a placebo.
