Summary
This study tested a new treatment made from stem cells for people with Parkinson's disease. The goal was to see if it is safe and if it can slow down or reverse brain damage. Twelve patients who had Parkinson's for at least 5 years received a single injection of these cells into their brain. The study checked for side effects and monitored their symptoms for up to 2 years.
