Summary

This study is testing whether injections of stem cells from donated umbilical cords can help people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers want to see if the treatment is safe and if it can reduce pain and improve knee function. They will track 60 participants for a year after treatment to measure changes in their symptoms and cartilage health.
