Summary

This early-stage trial tests whether giving multiple doses of a special stem cell treatment (NSC-CRAd-S-pk7) directly into the brain is safe and possible for people with newly diagnosed high-grade glioma. The stem cells are designed to deliver a virus that attacks cancer cells. Participants will receive up to six doses alongside standard radiation and chemotherapy. The study involves 20 adults and focuses on safety, tumor response, and survival.
