Summary

This study tests a single injection of special stem cells (XS411) into the brain of people with early-onset Parkinson's disease. The goal is to see if it is safe and can help control symptoms. About 90 participants will take part, first in a small safety phase and then in a larger phase where some get the real treatment and some get a sham procedure. All participants will also take immune-suppressing drugs to prevent rejection.
