Summary

This study tests whether stem cells taken from a person's own fat can reduce brain inflammation and slow memory decline in adults aged 60-80 with early Alzheimer's or mild cognitive impairment. Participants receive four stem cell infusions over 12 weeks and are monitored for a year. The goal is to see if this treatment can delay progression to Alzheimer's disease.
