Summary

This study tests whether a single injection of stem cells from a donor can help heal corneal ulcers that haven't improved with standard treatments. About 38 adults with persistent eye surface damage will receive the injection and be monitored for up to 90 days. The goal is to see if the stem cells can repair the cornea and improve vision.
