Experimental stem cell infusions target debilitating chronic pain
NCT ID NCT04711811
Summary
This program provided expanded access to an experimental stem cell treatment for adults with severe, long-term musculoskeletal pain. Participants received multiple intravenous infusions of a specific type of stem cell (HB-adMSCs) over about 32 weeks. The main goals were to check the treatment's safety and see if it could reduce pain and improve daily life for people struggling with this condition.
