Summary

This study is testing whether treatments made from umbilical cord stem cells can help improve movement and thinking skills in young children with cerebral palsy. Researchers are comparing two different stem cell treatments against standard care to see which works best. The study involves 78 children between 6 months and 3 years old who have a specific type of cerebral palsy.
