Cord stem cells show promise for kids with cerebral palsy

Summary

This study tests whether stem cells from donated umbilical cords can improve movement and thinking skills in children with cerebral palsy. About 78 children aged 6 months to 3 years will receive either stem cells plus a special liquid, stem cells alone, or standard care. The goal is to see if the stem cell treatments work better than standard therapy alone.
