First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a single IV infusion of stem cells taken from a patient's own belly fat can safely improve brain function and reduce inflammation in people who have had a traumatic brain injury at least 6 months ago. The trial will enroll 51 adults aged 18 to 55. The goal is to see if this treatment can help with long-term recovery when standard care has not been enough.
