NCT ID NCT05561751

First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tested a new drug called GPC-100 combined with propranolol, with or without another drug (G-CSF), to help collect stem cells from 30 people with multiple myeloma. The goal was to see if this combination could safely and effectively gather enough stem cells for an autologous stem cell transplant, a procedure that uses the patient's own cells to help control the disease. Participants received the drugs before stem cell collection, and the study measured how many achieved the target cell count.
