Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a single injection of a person's own stem cells into the knee is safe and might help with osteoarthritis or cartilage injuries. Sixteen adults aged 18-60 with knee pain will receive the injection and be followed for two years. The main goal is to check for side effects, but researchers will also measure pain and function improvements.
