Summary
This study is testing if adding a patient's own processed fat tissue (containing healing cells) to a standard surgical procedure can help prevent urethral narrowing from recurring. It will involve 20 men with a history of this condition to see if the new approach is safe and more effective than surgery alone. The main goal is to check for side effects and see if the treatment reduces the rate of the scar tissue growing back.
