Could your own stem cells heal your aching knees?

NCT ID NCT03477942

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety of a new treatment for painful knee conditions. Doctors take a small amount of a patient's own bone marrow, grow special stem cells from it, and inject them back into the damaged knee. The goal is to see if this one-time injection is safe and if it can help repair cartilage, reduce pain, and improve knee function over two years.
