Early trial tests 'Living Bandage' injection for worn spinal joints
NCT ID NCT05909709
Summary
This is a small, early-stage study to check if a new injection made from umbilical cord blood is safe for people with chronic back pain from worn spinal facet joints. The injection, called Alocyte, contains cells and healing factors and is given directly into the painful joint. Researchers will enroll 15 adults to test three different dose levels, monitoring for side effects and any changes in pain.
