Summary
This study is testing special eye drops containing stem cells to see if they can help people with dry eye disease and cataracts. The drops aim to improve tear production, reduce eye discomfort, and potentially help with corneal clarity. Researchers will enroll 300 adults to compare the effects of these fortified drops.
