Summary
This study is testing whether tiny particles called exosomes, which come from stem cells, can help people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers want to see if these particles can reduce joint pain and improve knee function. The trial will involve 20 participants with mild to moderate knee arthritis who will receive injections and have their symptoms tracked.
