New combo aims to boost stem cell harvest for cancer patients

NCT ID NCT05561751

Summary

This study tested two drug combinations to help collect stem cells from patients with multiple myeloma. The goal was to see if these combinations could safely and effectively gather enough stem cells for the patient's own transplant. About 30 patients were randomly assigned to receive either a two-drug or three-drug combination before the collection procedure.
