Summary

This study tested a nerve block injection (stellate ganglion block) guided by ultrasound to see if it helps people with chronic migraine that hasn't improved with other treatments. 42 adults with chronic migraine received the injection. The main goal was to see if it reduced the number of headache days per month over 6 months. The study also looked at changes in pain levels and any side effects.
