Summary
This study is testing whether two common cholesterol-lowering medications (statins) affect testosterone levels and erectile function in men aged 40-65 who are at high risk for heart disease. Researchers will compare two different statins over six months, measuring hormone levels and erectile function. The goal is to see if these heart medications help or harm men's sexual health while protecting their hearts.
