Summary
This study tests a structured program to find and treat obstructive sleep apnea in people with atrial fibrillation (AFib). Participants use a home breathing monitor and a Fitbit smartwatch to track heart rhythm. If sleep apnea is found, they receive standard treatment like CPAP. The goal is to see if treating sleep apnea reduces AFib episodes.
