NCT ID NCT05700721

First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether two drugs, niraparib and dostarlimab, can control advanced cancers that have spread to the brain. About 120 adults with certain cancer types (like BRCA-mutated cancers, lung cancer, or triple-negative breast cancer) and growing brain tumors will receive the combination. The goal is to see if the treatment can stop or slow the brain metastases, but it is not expected to be a cure.
