Summary

This study tests a one-time gene therapy injection (AAVB-039) into the eye for people with Stargardt disease, a genetic condition that causes progressive vision loss. The trial involves 75 participants and will first check safety, then measure if the treatment can slow damage to the retina. It is for people with confirmed ABCA4 gene mutations who are healthy enough for eye surgery.
