Four-Drug attack on advanced colon cancer launches in new trial
NCT ID NCT06149481
Summary
This study is testing a new combination of four immunotherapy drugs for people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this multi-drug approach can help the body's immune system fight the cancer more effectively. The trial will first check the safety of the drug combination and then measure how well it shrinks tumors in up to 60 participants.
