Summary
This study tests a new device called the Siegel TAVR system to replace a narrowed heart valve in people with severe aortic stenosis. About 1,025 participants with symptoms like chest pain or shortness of breath will receive the procedure. The goal is to see if the device reduces the risk of death, stroke, or heart-related hospital stays within one year.
