Summary
This study looks at whether having surgery sooner or later, and starting rehab earlier or later, helps people with severe knee injuries recover faster. It includes 690 military members and civilians aged 16 to 55. The goal is to find the best timing to help people return to work, sports, and daily activities with less pain and better knee function.
