Could a simple change in position make your back scan more accurate?

NCT ID NCT07456137

Summary

This study aims to see if performing a CT scan while standing up provides better information than the standard lying-down scan for diagnosing narrowing in the lower spine. Researchers will enroll 20 adults who are already scheduled for a standard scan to see if the standing position changes their treatment plan. The goal is to improve diagnosis for patients who cannot safely undergo an MRI.
