New injection method aims to ease pain and bruising for heart patients
NCT ID NCT06776159
Summary
This study is testing if using a standard, step-by-step method for giving blood thinner injections can reduce bruising and pain at the injection site for patients with heart disease. It involves 180 patients in Hong Kong who need these injections twice daily. Nurses will be trained to follow the same procedure, and researchers will measure the size of bruises and ask patients about their pain levels.
