First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 29, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looks at 400 people with stage III colon cancer who have finished standard chemotherapy. A blood test checks for tiny bits of tumor DNA that might mean cancer is still hiding. Some participants get extra treatment (like FOLFIRI or other drugs) while others are watched closely. The goal is to see if treating based on blood test results helps keep cancer from coming back.
