This early-phase trial tests an experimental oral drug called ST-01156 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. About 171 participants with cancers like Ewing sarcoma, liver cancer, or bile duct cancer will take the drug for 5 days each week.
