Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether a precise, one-time radiation treatment called stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) can safely relieve chronic pain in the chest or abdominal wall. The pain must be linked to specific spinal nerves and not helped by standard pain medicines. Researchers will test three radiation doses in 18 people to find the safest and most effective dose.
