Wobbly squats: a quick boost for your balance?

NCT ID NCT07341555

Summary

This study aimed to see if doing squats on an unstable surface (like a wobble board) gives a better immediate boost to balance and coordination than doing them on solid ground. Researchers tested 42 healthy, young adults, having them perform 30 squats under both conditions to measure changes in stability. The goal was to gather new information to help improve exercise and rehabilitation programs.
