Summary

This study tested a new cancer treatment called SQ3370 in patients with advanced solid tumors that had spread or could not be removed by surgery. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if the treatment could shrink tumors. It involved 53 patients with specific types of cancer, including certain sarcomas and head and neck cancers.
