High-Tech radiation aims to zap spine cancer pain

Summary

This study is testing a specialized radiation system to see if it can safely and effectively treat cancer that has spread to the spine. The goal is to control tumor growth and relieve pain. Researchers will use a special CT scanner in the same room as the radiation machine to aim the treatment very precisely at the tumors.
