Summary

This study aims to gather information about spine tumors and other spine conditions to help guide better treatment strategies in the future. It involves 900 adults with spine tumors, infections, injuries, or instability, as well as some people having spine surgery for other reasons. Researchers will collect health questionnaires and tissue samples during surgery to learn how these conditions affect patients' quality of life, pain, and daily function.
