Summary

This study is testing if a medication called tamsulosin can help patients urinate normally after spine surgery. It aims to reduce the need for catheters, lower the risk of infections, and shorten hospital stays. The trial is enrolling 20 adults undergoing specific types of spine surgery at the Mayo Clinic.
