Summary
This study aims to find the better and safer medication to add to a standard pain-blocking injection for people having lower back surgery. It will compare two drugs, dexamethasone and dexmedetomidine, mixed with a local anesthetic. The main goal is to see which combination reduces the need for strong opioid painkillers and provides better pain relief in the first two days after surgery.
