Summary

This study observed 65 adult patients undergoing spine surgery while lying face-down. Researchers used eye ultrasound to measure pressure changes around the optic nerve and checked patients' vision before and after surgery. The goal was to understand which surgical factors might increase the risk of temporary vision problems, helping to make these procedures safer.
