Summary

This study looked at 52 people over 50 with a slipped spine bone and narrowed spinal canal causing leg pain. It compared a smaller surgery that just takes pressure off the nerves to a bigger surgery that also fuses the bones together. The goal was to see which approach better relieves pain and improves daily function.
