Summary
This study is testing two medical devices used in spine surgery: special cages that hold vertebrae apart and a bone graft material that helps bones heal together. Researchers want to see how well these devices work for people with degenerative disc disease or herniated discs in their neck or lower back. They will follow 100 patients for two years after surgery to check if their bones fuse properly and how much their pain and function improve.
