Can we find the best Bone-Making cells to fix spine fusions?

Summary

This study looks at cells from spine surgery patients to find which ones are best at making bone. The goal is to improve healing after spinal fusion and lower the chance of needing another surgery. About 60 adults having spine surgery will take part, and a small piece of their bone graft will be studied in the lab.
